Online SHINDO® Trainings

I provide hands-on online training where you’ll learn easy practices to release tension and feeling of unease in your body. These practices will be personalized for your special needs.

Exercises will include certain breathing techniques and muscle treatments as well as stretching and relaxing methods that cover the whole body-mind entity. 

You can take these exercises into your daily life, and utilize them whenever you want to increase the feeling of more relaxed or at-ease in your body.

For yourself or join with a friend

Online training is great for yourself alone, or you can join these sessions with your own pair. Exercises with a pair increase gentle and respectful communication between the participants. Pair exercises will increase your ability to:

  • Deepen the respectful and caring relationship.
  • Be gentle with your and other’s pain-points and feelings. 
  • Stretch out and relax.

Join Online Sessions

These trainings simple techniques for yourself or to be conducted with a pair. Teaching will be conducted using Zoom meetings.
