Need more gentle touch? Would you like ways to let go of the tension states of your body and mind? I offer new types of relaxed exercises that you can apply in your own daily life whenever you want. You don’t need to visit a masseur separately when you can take care of yourself in the privacy of your own home when it suits you. The exercises are suitable for all body types, regardless of age and fitness level. You do not have to be a master of yoga or meditation for these exercises, although there is no harm in that. Come as you are. The exercises are based on the Shindo® method. You can do the exercises together at home on your own or with your own couple.

Introduction to Shindo®

Shindo® is an overall body-mind method originated from Japan. In the word, “Shin”  means soul or heart, and  “do”  means path. Simply it means “way to the heart” or “introduction to the heart”. practically it means the way of finding interaction with our whole soul through working with the body. 

MEET THE instructor

Mirja has a doctorate in Technology and works also as a university researcher. She has studied alternative methods like acupuncture and Shindo® since 2010. Mirja is a Shindo® instructor trained by the Finnish Shindo Association.

In the sessions you will learn amazingly simple ways to let go of body tension. In addition, these exercises that encompasses a heavenly wonderful and gentle treatment for the whole body from head to toe.

Each session includes warm-up, breathing exercises, and a treatment and / or stretching exercise. You can take advantage of these easy exercises as part of your daily life whenever you want to relax your body.
