Need more gentle touch? Would you like ways to let go of the tension states of your body and mind? I offer new types of relaxed exercises that you can apply in your own daily life whenever you want. You don’t need to visit a masseur separately when you can take care of yourself in the privacy of your own home when it suits you. The exercises are suitable for all body types, regardless of age and fitness level. You do not have to be a master of yoga or meditation for these exercises, although there is no harm in that. Come as you are. The exercises are based on the Shindo® method. You can do the exercises together at home on your own or with your own couple.
